Returns and Exchanges
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
We accept returns on unopened / sealed manufacturer boxes only. Opened items are not available to be returned on any electronics or IP based item due to possible prior use or mis-configuration and manufacturer concerns by end-user, except where a Manufacturer has approved return and or replacement for equipment deemed as defective.
In most cases, you will need to contact the manufacturer for direct support and/or for approval on return or exchange for defective or DOA items. All returns must also be approved by SmallBusinessPhones.ca prior to return shipment being received, and accompany the Manufacturer approval documentation and our RMA documentation.
To receive an RMA - you must submit full details for reason of return, a copy of proof of purchase along with proof of serial numbers, product number and/or valid MAC addresses applicable to your original purchase.
To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form. You will need to login to your account and select the original order and provide details in your account to start the return process. All returns must have a valid RMA (Return Materials Authorization Form).
RMA on Unopened & Approved Returns / Exchanges
Ship all items in an outer box to protect original retail boxes. Returned items with opened or broken seals will be returned to the purchaser at their expense or not refunded.
NOTE: Approved RMA / Returns must be received with-in 15 days from the date of purchase, no exceptions will be processed if received after the 15 days.
