Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

We accept returns on unopened / sealed manufacturer boxes only. Opened items are not available to be returned on any electronics or IP based item due to possible prior use or mis-configuration and manufacturer concerns by end-user. In most cases, you will need to contact the manufacturer for direct support or for approval on exchange for defective or DOA items.

To return the items, Customers must submit the copy of proof of purchase and fill in the return request form. You will need to login to your account and select the original order and provide details in your account to start the return process. All returns must have a valid RMA (Return Materials Authorization Form).

All returns must be approved by prior to return shipment being received, and accompany  the RMA documentation.

To receive an RMA - you must submit full details for reason of return, a copy of proof of purchase along with proof of serial numbers, product number and/or valid MAC addresses applicable to your original purchase.

RMA Approved Returns and Exchanges

1All items must be returned in the original 'sealed manufacturer' or 'seal retail box" unopened. Open items will not be accepted for return.

Ship all items in an outer box to protect original retail boxes. Returned items with opened or broken seals will be returned to the purchaser at their expense or not refunded.
2Include on the outer box, the return label + RMA (Return Materials Authorization Form) the order.

NOTE:  Approved RMA / Returns must be received with-in 15 days from the date of purchase, no exceptions will be processed if received after the 15 days.
