BLF - Busy Lamp Field functions can include user extension display, speed dial, and a host of other PBX related features designed to extend the functionality of most new generation of SIP capable devices. It is an industry standard which has become mainstream to ensure interoperability across brands.

Digium D-Series phones make it easier to do full office installs with autonomous assignment and configuration through MAC Address batch assignment. This model of phone supports plug-and-play provisioning. Simply plug the phones in, automatically discover your Asterisk or Switchvox Server, select the user, and start talking.
